As part of the Banyo Rugby League Opens Team’s coaching staff, I engaged Sean to undertake our fitness training and the results were extremely positive. Each session was varied so the players didn't get bored and were specific to rugby league which the players enjoyed. Thanks to Sean we hit the start of the season running as opposed to previous years and the team had a successful season in making and winning the grand final.

Soon after I stopped playing rugby I began to put on weight and lost my motivation to keep exercising. I made a decision to try a personal trainer and I have been training with Sean now for the past 5 years. I am now the fittest I have ever been and I enjoy the challenges Sean sets for me at each session. I also find the varied program beneficial as it keeps me interested and motivated, and provides me with the incentive to do extra workouts myself.

I have known Sean for many years and he is the best personal trainer I have met. I have trained with other people but have not enjoyed the same results with them.  Sean is dedicated to his clients and very motivating.  He will discuss your diet and other exercise that you do when you are not with him.  My husband has just started training with him and he is also very happy.  I cannot recommend Sean enough.

I have been training at Tuff Technique boxing for over two years now.  It's  a great club to get an awesome workout and also to improve your boxing skills at the same time I never leave the gym with out feeling like I haven't put in.

Sean's knowledge of Boxing, self defense, cardio, weight bearing exercise and most importantly stretching makes his personal one on one sessions or group workouts a must for those who wish to be challenged, gain knowledge and be fit. The classes are high energy, fast paced that are never the same. Sean will get you motivated, pumped up and excited to come to class. Tuff Technique has great staff and the other group members are extremely friendly.

Tuff Technique Boxing club has by far the most intense training sessions I have ever done. I always leave my session with a sense of achievement and that feeling is really rewarding. The trainers push me to my limits, and I wouldn't have it any other way. The type of boxing technique, training and attention I receive here, other clubs I have joined have never done.
